indicate what specific support you would require from Collaboration Gifts,
upon being supported, be willing to be a part of Collaboration Gifts by giving and supporting your Gifts to Others,
abide to the Terms and Conditions of Collaboration Gifts,

Please note, upon application, Collaboration Gifts will do a due diligence, assess it based upon criteria and seek to support by mobilizing gifts and resources through linkages in accordance with the organizations procedures.
